Reservation of Service
An event is ONLY considered “booked” after payment (deposit or full amount) is made on the website
Payments & Deposits:
The initial payment (deposit) is a Non-refundable retainer fee, which reserves the event date and time. If your event is booked for less than one week, you will be
required to pay in full at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the day of your event or delivery.
Failure to make deposit or payments by the due date or in a timely manner may result in any or all of the following:
- Invalidation and removal of any applicable discounts, special promotions, complimentary services, etc.
- $25 late payment fee.
- The release of event date and time.
- Termination of the contract.
Payments Accepted:
Payments can be made with cash, email transfer, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or
AmEx)
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If the weather or any situation prevents the balloon installation from taking
place, the client may reschedule their installation at least 5 days prior to their event without penalty. The client can reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of WeBalloonz Inc. without being charged a fee. You must notify us immediately in order to secure the new date. If we are not available, the cancellation policy and fees will apply.
Reductions cannot be made on orders after these terms & conditions have been accepted by making the payment.. Color changes might result in additional charges.
Rental Items:
Client is responsible for the good standing of all the rental pieces property of WeBalloonz Inc. In the event of any damages, the client will be responsible for the replacement cost charged by the supplier. Client is responsible to confirm with WeBalloonz the tear down exact time and to confirm that the venue will be open at that same time. Rental items can’t be set up outdoors in the event of rain forecast and there must be an indoor rain contingency plan.
Substitutions:
All balloon products are subject to availability. Substitutions are sometimes necessary. We will
attempt to contact you with information on substitutions via email. However, we reserve the right to make the needed changes without approval if deemed necessary to present our best and most creative work. We will take the utmost care to maintain style, theme, and color scheme while using balloons of equal or greater value. (i.e., When we have limited stock and that stock is defective with only a few hours prior to delivery).
Delivery and Set-up:
The Set-Up fee includes the placement of balloon arrangements in a predetermined
area. Delivery/Set-Up/Pick-Up to some locations (i.e., Hotels, downtown Toronto, venues with no elevator, etc) will incur additional delivery fees of $75 not mentioned in the order.
Venue:
Rules and regulations of all event sites are the responsibility of the client. The client shall provide a copy of all pertinent rules to WeBalloon Inc. in a promptly fashion.
Outdoor Events:
We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your
decor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling,extreme heat, and other uncontrollable factors.
All outdoor performances must be conducted safely, and there must be an indoor rain contingency plan. In the event of cancellation without such a contingency, the customer agrees to compensate WeBalloonz Inc. with the full payment.
Helium Balloons outdoors: To get the best use out of Helium- filled designs, including bouquets/clusters, arches centerpieces, etc., we strongly recommend that you use them for INDOOR ONLY. Unfortunately, their behavior and movement are very unpredictable, and they are likely to flop around in the wind, lose their form,or pop.
Sun Damage:
WeBalloonz Inc. only recommends shaded areas for the balloons for outdoor events,
especially during summertime. Balloons exposed directly to sunlight from May to September might pop due to high temperatures.
Disclaimer:
We use professional equipment and material is intended for its particular purpose within all
designs. To limit your risk of damage, all decor and items must remain in the position and location they are ordered for, installed in, or placed in. Please do not use or place any decor designed for indoor use, outdoors, or outside covered 4-wall framed structures.
WeBalloonz Inc. reserves the right to cancel this order at any time if we feel that the obligations stated in this contract cannot be met.
