Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event are eligible for a 50% refund, as materials and prep work may already be underway.
  
  

• Less than 7 days before your event: bookings are non-refundable, but we’ll gladly try to reschedule if our calendar allows.
  
  

• Custom orders (special colors, designs, or props) are non-refundable once production or sourcing has started.
