By booking with WeBalloonz or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • All prices are subject to tax.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once materials or production have started.

Delivery, Setup & Rentals

  • Delivery and setup times are agreed upon in advance, please ensure venue access.

  • Rentals (backdrops, stands, marquee letters, etc.) must be returned in the same condition. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

  • Once setup is complete, balloon décor becomes the client’s responsibility.

Balloon Care & Limitations

  • Balloons are fragile and sensitive to heat, sharp objects, and outdoor conditions.

  • WeBalloonz is not liable for popped, deflated, or damaged balloons once the setup is complete.

Liability

  • Balloons are decorative only and not toys. Children should always be supervised.

  • WeBalloonz is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions related to balloon décor.

Website & Promotions

  • Any promotional codes offered are valid only on our website and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
