1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once your order is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to offer store credit in some situations, at our discretion.

Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations within 3 days of your event are not eligible for a credit.

3. Delivery & Installation

Clients must provide accurate event details, including full venue address, event date, start time, and any specific delivery instructions.

WeBalloonz Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access (e.g. locked doors, no unloading zone, etc.).

Please ensure someone is available to receive our team at the agreed-upon time.

4. Weather Policy

Outdoor setups are weather-sensitive. We will not install balloon decor outdoors during high winds, rain, snow or extreme temperatures.

If weather prevents outdoor setup, we will work with you to find an alternate indoor location if possible.

5. Balloon Life & Care

Balloons are sensitive to temperature and environment. Once installed or delivered, they become the client’s responsibility.

WeBalloonz Inc. is not liable for damage due to weather, heat, AC vents, sharp objects or relocation after installation.

6. Photography & Social Media

We reserve the right to take photos of our work for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing before the event.

7. Liability

WeBalloonz Inc. is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper use or handling of balloons and decor elements.

8. Customization & Substitutions

We do our best to match requested colors and styles, but some substitutions may be made based on product availability.

Custom orders (e.g. logo printing, specific color combos) must be finalized at least 5 days before the event.
