Setup Sizes:

  • Shimmer Wall + Balloons → Approx. 10 ft wide x 8 ft tall

  • Shimmer Wall + 1 Backdrop + Balloons → Adds 5 ft width (approx. 15 ft wide)

Yes! We offer delivery, full setup and teardown (additional
fee) options depending on your order.

We offer FREE delivery and installation in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities. For venues outside that area, delivery/setup may be extra (starting at $45).

Yes! We can adapt and scale the design to fit your space perfectly — all while keeping the wow factor.

For outdoor setups, we always recommend a shaded or sheltered area to protect the balloons. Extreme heat, wind, or rain can shorten their lifespan, so moving the setup indoors is always the safest option.

If you need to cancel your event:

  • More than 7 days before: Your payment will be credited toward a future celebration.
  • Within 3 days of the event: Most preparation is already completed, so payments are non-refundable.

We’re flexible if you can adjust, for example, moving the setup indoors or changing to another nearby venue. Our goal is to make sure your event still looks beautiful, whatever the weather.

Absolutely!
You’re welcome to choose your own palette or theme, and we’ll match it as
closely as possible from our balloon inventory. Feel free to send us your
ideas, swatches, or inspiration photos and we’ll take it from there. For logos,
please provide a high-resolution PNG or JPEG file so we can get the best
result.



Indoors: Your display will stay looking perfect for the duration of the event as long as the room is kept cool. If the space gets too hot or humid, the balloons may turn slightly opaque, but they will still last throughout your celebration.

Outdoors: Balloons are sensitive to weather. We recommend placing them in a shaded or covered area whenever possible. In direct sunlight, balloons can only last a few hours, this is normal and unavoidable. To help, we always:

  • Schedule setup as close to your event time as possible
  • Use the highest quality balloons available
  • Design our setups to be full and lush, which minimizes the visual impact as balloons expand or fade

We’ll always advise the best setup option for your venue so your display looks beautiful for as long as possible.

Cancellations more than 7 days ahead are refundable/credited; within 3 days there may be non-refundable charges.
